Green Party Meeting February 27
The next Green Party meeting for Madison County is set for Tuesday, February 27 @ 7 PM. It will be held at SIUE Religious Center. Directions from Alton are below. Please spread the word to get more folks to attend. If anyone wants to put up flyers, please contact me and I will supply them.
The agenda for that night will include the showing of the documentary called "Iraq for Sale", which is about how companies in the US are profitizing from the war and our government is doing nothing to stop it.
AGENDA:
7 pm - Meet and Greet for new people joining the group
7:30 PM - Green Party discussions - 10 core values
8 PM - Show the "Iraq for Sale" documentary - it is approximately 1 1/2 hours long. If you wish to leave when it starts, that is not a problem, but it is a very intriguing documentary.

Take Route 3 to New Poag Road. Turn left. Follow New Poag to Bluff Road and turn Right. Turn left into the SIUE entrance across from the soccer fields and Korte Stadium. Turn right at the first stop sign on campus. At the next stop sign, turn left into the Visitor Lot (Lot B). It is a pay lot ($1.00 per hour). On the other side of the Visitor Lot, across from the entrance gate, is the Religious Center. It’s the building with the geodesic dome on top.
